According to the results of the 'Turkey R& D 250 Survey', which was carried out by the economy and business world portal Turkishtime for the 10th time this year, Dec.; Dec ranked 5th in the Top 50 category with 198 registrations according to the Number of Design Registrations Received at the 2022 R&D Center, Dec ranked 31st in the Top 100 category with 66 projects according to the Number of Projects Carried Out at the 2022 R&D Center, and Dec ranked 44th in the Top 50 category with 26 personnel according to the Number of Graduate and Doctoral Staff Working at the 2022 R&D Center.
The First Decertified R&D Center of the Sector
ASAŞ General Manager Derya Hatiboğlu stated that they are very pleased to be included in the Turkish R&D 250 list as a company that established the first Decertified R&D center of the Decertified sector accredited by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology in 2015. Stating that the Reed Gold certified R&D department, built on an area of 1800 square meters equipped with laboratories and test center, plays an indispensable role in the life cycle of products, Hatiboğlu said; “Our focus is to develop existing/new products and processes, create innovative solutions and carry out short- and long-term joint projects with our customers. Dec. At our center, we carry out comprehensive research and development activities aimed at the needs of the future. Since the day we were founded, we have aimed at continuous production and sustainable success and we have also moved our business network abroad. To date, we have participated in a total of 8 EU projects as a product development, technical support and solution partner. Of these, 3 of VULKANO, MAT4RAIL and RETROFEED have been completed, 1 of ENERMAN will be completed at the end of the year, the other 4 of FORGE, MARBEL, SALEMA and SALIENT are also planned to be completed in 2024 and 2025. As ASAŞ, we will continue to work to develop technologies aimed at creating long-term added value and reducing costs from now on, and to make a great contribution to domestic and national production,” he said.
