For the artist Seçkin Pirim ASAŞ, he designed a 3-ton giant statue of Atatürk consisting of 100 layers representing each year of the Republic, especially for the 100th anniversary of the Republic. The sculpture produced at ASAŞSANAT Atelier gives the message ‘We are the work of the Republic, you are the face’.
ASAŞ, one of the leading industrial enterprises of Turkey, has signed a very special project for the 100th anniversary of the Republic. Sculpture Artist Seçkin Pirim designed the Atatürk sculpture consisting of 100 layers symbolizing the Republican journey from the past to the present for ASAŞ. The bridge at the center of the work, built as an abstract silhouette of Atatürk, symbolizes that Atatürk laid the foundations of the Republic, founded the modern Republic of Turkey and assumed the role of a bridge for people who grew up on the territory of this country. Designed specifically for the 100th anniversary of the Republic for ASAŞ, the 3-ton, approximately 7-meter wide and 4-meter tall aluminum sculpture was produced at ASAŞSANAT Atelier. 100.in the video prepared specially for the year, the construction process of the sculpture consisting of layers, which is Seçkin Pirim's working style, was identified with the establishment of the Republic and the struggle for it. Emphasis is placed on the message ‘We are the work of the Republic, you are the face’, which is intended to be given with the sculpture so that those who enter the work, whose inner surface is shiny and mirror-like, can see themselves.

ASAŞ Aluminum Board Member Safa Bayar Yavuz stated that they are very excited about the project they have specially prepared for the 100th anniversary of the Republic. Yavuz; “It is the duty of all of us to protect the Republic founded by Atatürk. As a brand that attaches importance to art, through this special Atatürk statue designed by Seçkin Pirim, we also take care of our Republic and its values, giving the message ”We are the work of the Republic”, he said. Seçkin Pirim also stated that they identified the production process of the work, which came about as a result of cooperation with ASAŞ, with the establishment of the Republic and the struggle for it; “The process of the emergence of the sculpture was also very meaningful and proud for me. I am very happy to have signed such a special work on the 100th anniversary of the Republic. It is my greatest wish that the statue will inspire everyone who sees it at the point of protecting the Republic,”he said.

ASAŞ also made an advertising film about this meaningful project. In the film, which was released on all digital platforms on October 26, featuring the artist of the work Seçkin Pirim, all the stages of the Atatürk statue from its design to its production are seen. From the voice of Fırat Tanış in the film, summarizing the purpose of the work: “Imagine a work. Let those who see admire, let those who hear be inspired. Imagine an artifact. Let the owner be millions. Imagine an artifact. Let the price be paid with sacrifice. Imagine an artifact. Let him surround everything around him, bless him. The heritage of our ancestor, the most valuable work of the Republic is 100 years old. We are the ones who will protect the Republic and the work of the Republic.
